"Excellent service in phlebotomy department"

I was advised to go to Kingston Hospital by my GP for blood tests because otherwise I would have to wait 2 weeks to have them done at the surgery. The service at the hospital was very efficient. There was a ticketing system in the waiting area so it was easy to guess how long I would have to wait. People were called in very quickly and I was in and out of the hospital in under 15 minutes. The phlebotomist was calm and professional and I felt reassured that the procedure would be done quickly and as painlessly as possible.
