About: Guernsey House / Primary care addiction service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as a service user),

I first came here after attending Norfolk House for a few years and was seen by Dr Smith for most of my time here.

He really helped me sort myself and my partner out and was always there when I needed him. I don't know what would have become of our lives if we wouldn't have got help and can't thank Dr Smith and staff enough for everything over the years.

One big thank you.
