What I liked

I was treated as an individual and dealt with promptly. I cannot fault the attention I had and the speed at which I was dealt with. I came in after having laser treatment the other day from the on call doctor. This did not work and after consultation my operation (cryotherapy) will be carried out tomorrow. Fantastic.

What could be improved

Following decision to operate tomorrow I had no information given to me concerning my attendance tomorrow. I asked reception if I could eat or not and they had to find a nurse to tell me what I needed to do prior to admission. This may have been because I have had this operation before.

Anything else?

Please don't alter the NHS. The only thing wrong is the general wards, otherwise it works really well and does a marvellous job.
