Nursing staff excellent.

What could be improved

Everything other than nursing staff. Miss placed our records.Had us waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Thank you for leaving your feedback on the Diabetic Service. It is unfortunate that notes are occasionally unavailable for patients on arrival resulting in a delay to the appointment time. However, we are pleased that you were happy with the care from the Diabetic nursing staff.

We will forward your comments on to the Diabetic Services Manager.
