"Very poor service"

I'm sorry to say that my experience in this clinic has been terrible since the beginning and that I would never receommend it to anyone.

First of all when I subscribed here after I have moved house I got the annoying news that their system could't get my clinical history from my previous practice so I had to do again a serie of test and checks that could have been avoided. I also remember that at the first visit the nurse (I think also very unexperience) had to google what the Multiple Sclerosis was because she "never heard of that before"!

Another time I went there for a blood test and even after several attempts they couldn't manage to do it! I had to go to a nearby practice (that took less than 5 painless minutes) to get it done.

Without counting the times that my pills dosage was changed according to the different doctors I was meeting that day!

For me it was an unreliable clinic and it is a shame because it was so close to my place!
