(as the patient),

I was an on patient on ward 32 on and off over a 7 month period - latterly for 10 weeks. My stays on ward 32 were for over active stoma, dehydration and low magnesium. 

I have nothing but praise for the team on this ward. From the unsung heroes (Maria & Louise) who bring the food and June & Sharon who keep the ward clean, through the Healthcare Assistants and Staff Nurses to the sisters and doctors.

Being a long stay patient, you get to see how hard the team work together but with patience, a sense of humour, and diligence to make sure the care is excellent. 

I've been transferred to The Freeman hospital for specialist care, but I'll never forget how well I was looked after both clinically and emotionally.
