"The Doctors are very very good"

I have been attending this surgery for many years. The doctors are truly fantastic. Two of them are amongst the very best, as they always listen to your concerns and generally go over and beyond to ensure that you they come to the correct outcome.

One receptionist is also brilliant! The only thing that has become a problem is the fact that you can never get through on the phones, whether you call in the morning or throughout the day. I can appreciate that they are busy and that they now have many more patients, but even when you come in (despite living a bit of a distance away without a car), you will have to queue up for 20 minutes just to speak to the receptionist. Fantastic surgery, but needs more staff.
