"Great nurses and doctors but rude receptionists"

The nurse that I saw was extremely helpful also previously had an appointment with another member of staff whom again was very helpful. The appointments themselves were quick however not rushed and also on time which is brilliant.

However I cannot give 5 stars because of how rude the receptionists have been. The lady today (21/11/18) at about 7am was lovely but on my previous visits not so much. When I went last Friday at around 4pm I believe the receptionist was extremely rude and dehumanising. She treated me as if I was stupid for no reason, which was extremely embarrassing for me in front of the rest of the patients that were waiting. Also the week before I phoned and whoever was on the phone was again very rude and had a very lazy attitude. When I went to register for the doctors I was ignored at the desk, I assumed maybe at first she hadn’t seen me but she had in fact when she instructed her colleague to speak to me. All in all your receptionists are usually very rude, if they hate their job so much (which they clearly do) they should find something else.
