"Really good service for surgery aftercare"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

In July 2008 I had a wisdom tooth out under general anaesthetic at Halifax Hospital.

After a few days, all was not good and my mouth was infected and badly swollen. I couldn't open my mouth at all.

I phoned the hospital and was advised to come and see them straight away. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. All the staff smiled and said hello, even those just walking past while I waited.

There was no messing about, faffing or unneccessary waiting. The staff we really nice and polite. I felt at ease.

Thanks for a good service.
