My experience here wasn’t to my expectations, for my first baby , both of my scans I have left disappointed with firstly a lack of communication in the scanning room.
On my 20 week scan I practically laid their in silence and they weren’t telling me much atall with parts of my baby, when it came to the end of my scan I had to actually ask them about the gender of my baby as they didn’t even show the parts until they showed me various pictures at the end in which they were bad quality and only had 3 reasonable pictures to take. In which you have to take on your phone which isn’t the same if you had them printed out. For a well structured and modern new building you would think they would have the facilitie to print out pictures of your baby like other hospitals I know of.
Also they wouldn’t let you take a little video of your own baby moving around on the screen which now I will never be able to have forever to look back on.
The staff were friendly and the surgery’s and rooms were very clean that’s the only thing that was good there. Being a nurse myself I didn’t not receive the best experience that I could have.
I will not be returning for my last scan in February
