A joy to experience such professionalism.

Attended today to find no queue and a polite and very proficient staff member.

I have had many blood tests over the years because of assisting in diabetic research.

I don't enjoy blood tests.

This one was done so well, it did not hurt or inconvenience at all.

Thank you.

It is also fantastic to have a local drop in hospital.. rather than having to travel all the way to Croydon University Hospital.

We receive many compliments regarding our Phlebotomy service at Purley so it is nice to hear that you have also experienced a positive visit.
