"Calm atmosphere"

I had a large lump on my back removed by David and Doreen at the Forth Valley Royal Hospital. I went in feeling quite apprehensive but need not have done as all the staff were very reassuring and the atmosphere was both calm and calming. Everything went very well even though the procedure took longer than anticipated.

Doreen and I would like to thank you for leaving such lovely feedback.
It is good we were able to reduce your anxiety on the day, It is a shame the procedure was extended but, I am sure you will agree, it is better not to hurry these things.
Hopefully the lump stays away, but if it does rear up again you might not be so apprehensive about visiting us.
