I just wanted to write a review to say that I had to attend the surgery for an asthma review for myself and my daughter. The nurse was lovely; my daughter was putting time pressure on as she wanted to get swimming. The nurse coped with this professionally and gave us a through check up. She even gave us a flu immunisation at short notice which was so helpful. Thank you.

I also wanted to say thank you to the Dr for referring my daughter to the hospital when she had appendicitis in March this year. I am thankful that she is now fit and well as I didn’t realise how unwell she was until afterwards.

I am pleased to hear that your daughter is now sorted and is back to full fitness.

All our staff truly do go out of their way to genuinely provide the very best care possible, sometimes under stressful situations.

It is therefore most gratifying to receive positive feedback when things go right.

In the day and age we live in, all too sadly people tend to put 'pen to paper' when they wish to complain, so our sincere and grateful thanks for taking the time and trouble to offer feedback when things go well.

It is tremendously uplifting to our staff to know that the efforts they go to on a daily basis are gratefully acknowledged.
