"Unsatisfactory"

Had appointment with nurse for 10am. 10.30am went back to reception to find out what the delay was they had emailed the nurse and phoned to say I was there nurse finally appeared to tell me there was not a room available and I could wait another hour or Rebook. This is shocking treatment for people with mental health issues but she did not seem to care. Reception staff were lovely and have booked me another appointment sooner than January which the nurse said I would have to wait for. It seems no one cares it's just a case of suffer in silence
