My wife phoned 111 after she thought that a previous recent operation had caused an infection in her knee (operation not at Watford). 111 made an appointment after triage for an hour later at Watford General. We were seen 5 minutes early. Had a full discussion with female Dr who was outstanding. We were back in the car 20 minutes after arriving with prescription.
Well done Watford hospital, super impressed.
