"Hung up on me, without even giving me a chance..."

I called in early Today (20/11/2018) to get an appointment later in the day, I waited for 10 minutes, and then while the receptionist who was taking my call picked up, they where talking to someone else and put down the phone on me, I would have expected at least a call back. I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks, but because of my schedule and the fact they can never give me an appointment that lines up with that, I have been unable to get some clarity into my back problems. I personally think this kind of slip up is appalling, because of this I am now unlikely to get my back diagnosed for at least another week!
