"My husbands stay in hospital"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My husband Robert was admitted to ward 123 at the beginning of October and was transferred to ward 122 a few days later. The care and attention he received whilst on ward 122 was outstanding. The staff were very professional as well as being very pleasant. They tended to all his needs and nothing was too much trouble. There was a particular nurse who looked after him on ward 123 for which we are very grateful. My husband was very confused due to his condition and a lady who came around with the drinks trolley showed such kindness by waiting until my husband had decided what drink he wanted. Sometimes having to wait a minute or two before he answered but never trying to rush him. Thank you all for the care and attention given to my husband during his stay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback which I will share with the teams on Wards 123 and 122. I know they will be delighted to receive it. I hope your husband is now feeling much better and settled back at home.

Kind Regards
