"DOING THEIR VERY BEST FOR US"

About: Weston Park Hospital

have been treated here twice first 12 years ago and again since last year (ongoing) the staff here are like a family, and despite shortages of staff they always manage to stretch appointments to the limit to fit people in.

the concern and care for their patients is amazing and I am reassured by the explanations and honest discussions of my treatment and prognosis that I am having the best care available.

could do without the waiting but that is generally waiting for blood tests to be done, and the everlasting wait for the pharmacy to dispense prescriptions rather than the usually fairly short delays in seeing the oncologist or other staff.

the hospital itself is getting rather shabby and could do with an upgrade, but they have made it clean and comfortable as possible within the limitations.
