What I liked

This is a copy of the letter that I have sent to Prime Minister;

Dear sir,

I have recently had to spend several days in the coranary care Unit at treliske Hospital at Truro in Cornwall.

The staff in this department gave me the best care that one could hope for.

They made a particularly uncomfortable stay as pleasant as could be in the circumstances.

i think that they were most professional the way that they carried out their duties, very pleasant at all times and a complement to treliske hospital and to the national health Service.

I was even more impressed when you consider that there was a shortage of pillows, and would you believe a shortage of clipboards and a collection of Blood Glucose Monitors that where extremely inefficient and hard to use.

This makes their standard even better than than you would expect.

we all know that our finances are struggling, but surely giving our tradesman the basic tools should take priority in the economic times that we are living through.

I hope that this information will be of some use in your deliberations in the future.
