"TORBAY HOSPITAL"

I was so impressed with the quality of care given on my visit to Torbay A&E. From reception through to leaving , nurses, Drs, specialist and even a surgeon came to help. Not one suggested a quick fix until I could see a specialist in clinic and have the op all over again .

I was very thankful for being given assurance and updates to what was happening.

I spent nearly five hours there but was never left alone for more than a few minutes, or made to feel guilty for taking up their time and a bed.

I was reassured at all times. My problem was fixed 100% and saved me another op. . The unit was so busy but the staff were so efficient ,kind and helpful and each and every one gave excellent care. I cannot thank them enough. Well done to one and all not just for me but everyone else using A&E that day.

I have had to use the unit several times and always had the same quality of care.
