"Please sort out the reception staff"

About: The Station Practice

The reception staff need to try to understand, we do not call the Doctors office, because we have nothing better to do. We are sick, worried and often stressed. We do not need sarcasm, rudeness, ignorance or smart put downs. I would leave my name, however I have had to make a complaint in person in the past and I’m still suffering the spite of the reception staff. Due to their lack of professionalism and spiteful behaviour, I’m leaving this practice. The Doctors and nurses are great, if you can get the telephone answered and an appointment to see one of them.
