My daughter dislocated her finger and we took her to Crawley. We were treated with caring professionalism by all the staff we dealt with from the reception through to the doctor. My daughter remarked that the nurse who saw her "made her feel safe" and the doctor spoke to her to reassure her about the procedure to reset her finger. I couldnt praise the staff enough, who were very busy. The nurse made a point of keeping us informed of what was going on, even when we werent been seen which was immensely reassuring
