About: Hospital Of St Cross / Accident and emergency

I have had to use the out of hours doctor service and the emergency drop in centre in the last couple of months. I rang up before hand and was given an appointment to see the doctor and I was taken in on time. Also my daughter broke her toe and we where in and out including an x-ray within 28 minutes. Very efficient.

The only minor comment the receptionist didn't acknowledge us, she waited until she finished what she was doing on the computer before looking up. Fair enough if she had just said, will be with you in a moment.
