What I liked
I have had to use A&E 3 times in the last 12 months due to COPD. I could not have had better treatment and respect than I received in this section of the hospital. I am 80 years of age, so to be treated so kindly means a great deal to me.

What could be improved
Nothing considering the pressures put on the department by the very cold weather
