"Rude & intimidating receptionist"

I visited first thing on a Monday morning, was surprised how the receptionist spoke to the clearly miserable & ill person in front of me. Then she spoke to me like I was stupid and should already know the answers to the questions I asked her, like what time the pharmacy opened. I’ve never been spoken to by someone at work like that before, and it’s least expected in a health centre where it’s generally hoped for that everyone is very kind.
