"Wheelchair maintainence"

We have had several people out over the past few weeks for our daughters wheelchair. It was getting stiff especially on the left hand side and harder to put up and down. It turned out the bracket was buckled on the seat as I suspected and one of the front castors needed replacing. The first person that came out wasn’t our usual guy. They were rather rude and condescending insinuating that the bracket being buckled was my imagination. However when our normal guy Allen came out he agreed and proved how buckled the bracket was also noting the previous person had ordered the wrong castor for her chair and so he couldn’t repair it and would come back out. The following day we actually had westmarc who needed to change her brackets to a bigger size anyway. Allen has just been out again to change her castors yet again he was friendly chatty and very helpful. Thank you Allen hope to see you again: )
