"A good experience in a painful situation."

What I liked

I attended the Orthotics department where I was fitted for and supplied with a splint. The whole experience was reassuring, the staff helpful and warm. Even the girls manning the hospital cafe were great and also extremely helpful. I have also attended the Physio Unit and was treated with respect and kindness. The receptionists at Horsham are knowledgable and kind. There should be more hospitals like this one.

What could be improved

The Orthotics facilities. The fitter does his very best but needs to be able to make moulds himself (for which he is trained) rather that sending patients elsewhere to be measured, then bringing them back. You have a good unit there, I feel you should utilise it fully.
