"Not happy"

About: University Dental Hospital

After having been reffered to the prosthodontic department,l was seen by a traniee dentist in what i presume was triage,waiting room 2 ground floor,after a 10 minute look at my dental problems was reffered back to my local dentist having not even seen the prosthodontist,12 weeks waiting and back to square one.

We were very sorry to receive your comments and concerns via the Care Opinion website about your experiences at the University Dental Hospital in November 2018. Unfortunately, the Dental Hospital is unable to accept all patients that are referred to the hospital for treatment. Depending on the type of treatment that you require, it may be more appropriate for this to be delivered by your dentist in the primary care setting.
