"A&E has improved a lot"

Had to visit early hours of Sunday morning with my daughter. Got a taxi to children's A&E but the door is closed at night time so picked her up and carried her to main door but injured myself in the process. Ended up being seen myself as well which I didn't ask for it was actually offered by the great reception team who were really nice to me. Someone had been waiting a while and was not happy my daughter was being seen first and kicked off. The staff handled it really well and I'm shocked that people abuse them on the busiest night when they're doing a great job. They helped me with the wheelchair, getting water and biscuits for my daughter and the waiting times were not too bad at all. They really looked after us and can't complain about anything. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The only dirt was being swept up by a cleaner was bottles other lazy people had left on the floor. Would recommend
