"Making maximum use of limited resources"

I have to express my admiration for this practice.

They are doing their best to utilise all resources to care for patients.

I like the appointment system,the ringing at 8 am means that you can always get An appointment the same day . I’ve had to ring for 20 minutes today,but have got through and have an appointment with the Practice Pharmacist. If I don’t need a same day appointment,I will try for a prebookable one. The receptionists are helpful, will suggest solutions and options.

I had a 10 day stay I Hospital, was discharged without 1 item and with one drug the wrong formulation. I ended up back in ANE yesterday.

I rang this morning, have an appointment with the Pharmacist today. To sort out my prescription.
