About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

Basic care poor, lack of oral attention, very slow in answering patients call button. Bed sore developed through sitting in excreta.

Communication of information from Staff poor and frequently conflicting. Some Junior Medical Staff have poor social skills.
