"Excellent patient service"

Had a colonoscopy today. I was very nervous as a previous one at another hospital had been quite traumatic. The staff today were so caring. They listened to my concerns and took the time to reassure me and talked about alternative pain relief. Any questions were answered and not once did any member of staff brush away my concerns. Their plesent and very polite manner was certainly a great contribution to helping this procedure less traumatic. I hope all these people are appreciated by the hospital as much as they are by the patients. Thank you to all the staff in this department.
