"Wonderful and Supportive!"

As a woman of 50 this was not only my first time to this clinic but my first time visiting any sexual health services in my entire adult life... so to say I was nervous is an understatement... I was a bit shaky and messaged a friend as I waited to be seen. My friend gave me lots of reassurance so relaxed a lit but was still terrified..

what can I say... I expected to be waiting for a few hours (as dipicted on their website).. but was seen pretty quickly from my allotted appointment time...The nurse I saw was absolutely amazing... put me completely at ease and was so warm and friendly.... & completely understanding..

I was given my diagnosis and treatment and she sat & chatted with me... I wasn’t rushed at all...

I had to give her a big hug as she was amazing... absolutely positive experience for my first ever visit to a sexual health clinic...

Also as a side note I work with adults with learning disabilities and I know this clinic is excellent for the those I support... outstanding... so their CQC rating of outstanding is very well deserved!
