"Friendly and helpful"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Cardiology (Heart Conditions) Wards 6c & 6d

(as the patient),

I developed a fast heart rate and needed an intravenous drug to help cardiovert. The staff were fantastic. The nurses were friendly and helpful and above all caring. They also had a sense of humour which was great. Graeme was very helpful during my stay. The food was also pretty good.

The medical staff in particular Dr Shepherd, Dr Lindsay and Dr Corcoran were fantastic and moved with great speed. They were very professional.

Dear AF Boy

Many thank for getting touch. It is lovely to read about the care you received from our nurses and doctors.

I will forward your post to the staff in CCU as it is always good when we can share positive feedback. I am sure they will appreciate your kind words.

I hope you are feeling better.

Take Care

Nicole
