About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was a day patient at the ENT department of the above hospital and during my stay I was treated with the utmost kindness and humour by all members of staff from the porters to the consultant - I was kept informed throughout the procedure and on my return to Ward D5 received a warm welcome from a Nurse Alison - I am aware that the NHS is struggling with the massive cutbacks and all staff must be working under extreme pressure but this didn't come across in way at all   Well done Stepping Hill - you are doing a wonderful job - Keep   the flag flying

How nice to receive a response to my experience on Ward D5 particularly when all members of staff are under so much pressure - it's the little courtisies in life that mean so much - well done SH
