About: Northwick Park Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I am appalled that I have been left waiting since my referral to Orthopeodics from June until now. I have been left with a dislocated knee cap, unable to walk or live my life. Any phone calls I make to follow up are useless as staff do not bother looking into it they just say “you’ll have to wait”. I understand that the NHS is understrain but this is ridiculous. I have been in agony since June and nobody had bothered to contact me with an update.
