The examination was for Barrett's Oesophagus, one of many over the years. I had the sedation but before it took affect the procedure was started. I was retching violently which was very uncomfortable. I think the procedure should have stopped until the sedation had time to take effect.
My chest has been very painful and was having difficulty swallowing. The chest pain has now eased off but it is still difficult to swallow which is now 4 days.
I do not think the patient should suffer because of your time schedules.
