"Beacon and Secombe Wards"

About: St Helier Hospital

I checked into Beacon for a kidney biopsy. First into Beacon then transfers to Secombe until the 15th. Staff in Beacon were really nice and made me feel very welcome and safe. Because of difficulties in getting a clean biopsy I was transferred to Secombe. Staff here were great from the Doctors down to cleaning staff. I was to mention two members of staff who made best efforts to see that I received the treatment I should. The biopsy was handled very well and I want to thank another member of staff for her help. In the ward a member of staff was great as was our dinner lady. And, food was very Good!!!

I am home now but have only great feelings about my time in St Helier.
