"Appointments Cancelled"

About: Southmead Hospital / Neurology

I saw Neurology at Clevedon Hospital and the consultant I saw was very dismissive. I complained to my GP so she re-referred me and this time to Southmead. I waited 4 months for my appointment at Southmead, which was cancelled and I was not even given a reason for this. I was then given another appointment, which was 3 months after the 1st, this has now also been cancelled because apparently the consultant is on training. I have just been given another appointment, which is now 4 months away! I have been in severe pain every second of every day for 20 years - how long does someone need to suffer for before they will be taken seriously?!?!?!!

On this form it says it is required to select the date I visited the hospital - well I have not yet which is why I am filling this out!
