I was due my telephone pre assessment today at 10.30. I am still sat waiting and it is gone 12pm. I rang to find out why and was told they had 11 to get through this morning and they started late. It’s not a good start when in two weeks I am due to go into hospital for a procedure. I booked a day off for this assessment and am glad I did because I see my own patients and being hour and half late to them wouldn’t be acceptable in the area I work.
"Still waiting for pre assessment hour and half..."
