About: Brannam Medical Centre

I registered with Brannam Medical Centre having relocated to North Devon from Lancashire at the age of 83 with existing complex medical needs.

My initial GP consultation on 26 July 18 resulted in a thorough exchange, the outcome of which triggered a number of very prompt appointments, within the practice and at external locations, eg podiatry, all of which enabled me to feel very comfortable and positive about the level of care and support I would receive as a Brannam patient.

Now, some three months’ later, in the interim period, I have interacted with several staff, including Receptionists, my GP, and a range of health-care professionals, all of whom have demonstrated empathy, knowledge and skills, Therefore, I remain confidently relaxed about my future health care.

All of the above has minimised the anxiety attached to this very important aspect of relocating in later life.

Brannam have provided an excellent service throughout.
