I went to see the nurse for a review,and she excellent. I hadn't met her before, she was informative, caring and obviously loves her job. The NHS can be depressing at times but on this occasion I really felt that I was really listened to and that I was seen as a whole person. Being elderly can make you feel anonymous , the nurse explained that I can always call her if I need any advice. That made me feel so much better.
