What I liked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I must say thank you very much for the way your staff treated my wife after her fall which broke her wrist. Everybody from reception to the doctor that treated my wife was fantastic and brilliant. They looked after her so well and explained every step of the way. She had never been to hospital before and was feeling very scared but they put her at such ease. Your nurse deserves a medal she was so kind as was the doctor.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everybody who helped my wife on a very stressful day.
