"Diabetic clinic"

About: Watford General Hospital / Diabetic medicine

On arriving this morning for my appointment I was told that I had cancelled it. I had called a few months ago to try and change to another day-to-day, as I was not able to I asked them to leave it.

The receptionist spoke to her manager who personally took me to the clinic to explain the problem in order to get me seen.

I was seen, the health care assistant was fabulous, kind, and very helpful. As were the other HCA's and nurses.

One particular staff member was superb.
