"Terrible practice."

About: 3/Springfield House Medical Practice

Been with this practice for 50 years and since one particular doctor left, this place has fallen into a deep hole. There is no respect for patients, the receptionists are arrogant robots. Telephone line is terrible. We are told to call at 8 am to make an appointment, the same time everyone else is trying to get through.

Sometimes, this can take 30 - 45 minutes waiting and if you should dare say anything to the arrogant receptionists then it's all your fault.

If you arrive left, then you are punished by with being told to make another appointment or made to wait until the Dr can be bothered too see you. However patients are regular seen late but this is ok, to make patients wait, but God forbid if you are late.

The attitude of all who work there is bad.

Taking on to many patients for greed, lack of time to speak with a doctor.

3 Days to come out to a sick elderly man.
