"Blood Test"

About: Queen's Hospital / Clinical haematology

I had to take my daughter for a blood test. We attended early on a Friday afternoon so expected to wait. The wait was about 50 mins which I was happy with as there were so many people waiting.

When we were called through for the test the area was clean and bright. The staff doing the tests were all very helpful, chatty and kind. And they were really working as fast as they could but without making us feel we were being rushed through. Excellent service.
