Was referred to Forth Valley Hospital in Falkirk, Scotland by my local GP to have a minor operation to remove a small cyst. The hospital appointment was for 9am, I arrived at the hospital at about ten to nine, spent 10 minutes waiting and was called almost exactly at 9am. Barbara & Susan (who undertook the operation) were wonderful, explained everything clearly and were very efficient. It was all over & I was exiting the hospital at 9. 30am.
This is my second minor operation at Forth Valley Hospital and I am so impressed with how professional & efficient the staff are, how clean & well run the hospital is, each experience has been first rate. Absolutely brilliant all round!
