"pain relief clinic"

I have recently attended this clinic for acupuncture as l suffer from chronic back pain. I completely messed up my appointment time. The ladies on reception went out of their way to arrange for me still to be seen,and the nurse specialist agreed to see me. I just wanted to say that a huge thank you. It is nothing more than l have come to expect from the guest hosp. I am always treated with respect,from the reception staff to the nurse practitioner. A highly efficient team. Once again my thanks to all.
