"Visit to Urgent Care Centre"

I work within the Trust (at RHH) but unfortunately became very unwell whilst at work and was taken to the Urgent Care Centre by my colleagues. On arrival I was booked in and told that there were a number of patients in the queue before me. However I did not have to wait long (a matter of minutes in fact) before I was taken to see the Doctor, forgive me but I cannot recall his name. I was treated with the utmost respect and care and very thoroughly. My condition was diagnosed but he asked another Doctor to see me just to make sure of everything.

I was prescribed the necessary medications and discharged with the relevant advice all within 3 hours.

I cannot speak more highly of the care I was given and the total professionalism of all the staff I came into contact with on that day.
