Arrived at 7am as suggested by the reviews, reception opened at 8:30 on the dot and issued a number in order of arrival, we then had to fill in a medical questionnaire. People where seen in number order.
You are called into the surgery to discuss treatment options which in my own case was pain management or extraction, I opted for the latter. The dentist explained all the risks of extraction and how treatment would proceed,
I was then sent for an X-ray. After the X-ray you are called back into surgery to start treatment. Extraction was difficult this was no fault of the dentist as I have always had difficult extractions. The attitude of the staff where faultless I cannot praise them enough they where professional from start to finish.
I would like to thank all the staff involved particully the young girl that performed the extraction. I wish you all the best for the future.
